Excellent service and location. But room is a bit dark
We like the location and the staff who are extremely helpful. My boy left something in a restaurant and they helped to call them and give us instructions on how to retrieve it. They also allow for delivery of items to the hotel prior to arrival. Staff speaks good English which is exceptional in Japan.
The room is too dark.They should have added a few more lamps. There is no way to do proper make up in the morning, save at night..

Great Stay in Tokyo, definitely will book it if your favourite place is Ikebukuro
Location is great since it is I believe 5-7 mins from Ikebukuro station via the Tokyo Metro. Great location in Ikebukuro, definitely recommend for location. The check in experience is also great as I arrived early but they allowed me to go into my room early, also as my flight is late night, they allowed to place my bag until 1900. Great staff.
You need to really rely on Google Maps, as the hotel is not as visible as you think. it is just a corner way into the hotel. The room is quite small and the lack of plugs to charge your devices and you cant open windows so there is no air ventilation. A bit pricey but the location is great.
